Linda's career is comprised of senior executive positions
spanning multiple sectors. Her entrepreneurial ventures include
founding and running a construction company, tng and a not for profit organization.
Linda's experience with developing
leaders and designing strategies is extensive. She has sat on and worked
with a number of boards and has developed a governance improvement process
to assist raising the bar on governance. She has also authored two
books, "Getting
Past the Rapids" and "Reinventing Our Common Future". Linda holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Wilfred Laurier University.
Brad is a tenacious advocate for evolving the leadership potential of
his clients. Prior to founding tng in 1994, he managed a region for a
large national consultancy, held senior positions in retail and commercial
banking and was on the Faculty of Continuing Education – Business Programs
at Mohawk, Sheridan, Fanshawe and Niagara Colleges.
Brad has helped strategize, plan and facilitate large-scale organizational
transformations and has developed innovative performance improvement
systems to effect and support positive change in people and their organizations. Brad holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Brock University.
Together with Linda, Brad has developed a number of proprietary tools and technology solutions desgined to help boards and leaders make better and faster strategic decisions.
Brad and Linda are also cofounders of the Canadian Centre for Leadership
and Human Values (CCLHV), a not-for-profit organization established to
begin and sustain a global dialogue on leadership and organizational
